Axior Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our paid applications available on the Apple App Store. It explains how we handle information, our compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.

1. Data Collection and Processing

Our application is designed with privacy by design as a core principle.

Personal Data: We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data from our users (such as names, physical addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location data).
Financial and Payment Data: Our applications are distributed strictly through the Apple App Store as paid downloads or via In-App Purchases. All financial transactions, billing, and payment processing are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. We do NOT have access to, nor do we collect or store, your credit card numbers, bank account details, or billing information.
Device Identifiers and Analytics: We do not implement any third-party advertising SDKs or hidden tracking analytics that build user profiles or track your behavior across other apps or websites.

2. Information Collected Automatically by Apple

When you download or purchase our application, Apple may collect certain anonymized usage statistics, crash logs, or transactional identifiers necessary to maintain service functionality. This data is governed entirely by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We only access this information in an aggregate, fully anonymized format via Apple Store Connect to improve software performance.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Since we do not collect or process personal data, no data processing activities take place under Article 6 of the GDPR. For any support requests initiated by the user via email, the legal basis for processing your email address is the performance of a contract or legitimate interest to resolve your technical inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) & (f) GDPR).

In compliance with the EU Digital Services Act, Axior Studio is registered as a Trader on the Apple App Store. Verified contact information, including the Trader’s legal name and physical address, is displayed publicly on the App Store product page for consumer transparency and protection.
